I really don’t even know how to begin this blog post. Over the past couple of weeks I made a very tough decision to leave my current job and pursue an amazing opportunity in Dallas, TX. In November I will start a new job as a Unified Communications engineer with Source, Inc. This was not an easy decision for me as I have established some amazing relationships with awesome friends here in South Bend, IN. I will miss them dearly. However it’s time for me to experience some new challenges in my career. Challenges I feel require me to make this move. There really aren’t words to explain the amazing experiences I’ve had while living in South Bend and with my current employer. I will truly miss the people I work with on a daily basis. They have not only shaped my career, but shaped me as a person.
One of the things I’ll miss the most is my weekly hang out time with an awesome group of IT guys at GCC. You guys have molded me and helped me grow in ways you will never realize. I do however plan to continue to hang out with virtually.
I will remain in South Bend through the end of this calendar year before I make the big move. I plan to use this time spending it with those who have made my 6 years here some of the best in my life. You will probably never know how much you have positively impacted my life. I will forever be indebted to your kindness and will forever cherish your friendship.
With that, here is to new challenges and new successes…. See you in Dallas!
