Office Communications Server (OCS) 2007 Ignite
Conferences and Events Thursday, September 27 2007This coming Monday and Tuesday I will be attending OCS 2007 Ignite training in Indianapolis. This is a first look training at Microsoft's newly released corporate IM, web conferencing, and VOIP solution. I'm pretty excited to check this out as I'm having a tough time wrapping my head around some of the voice config options in OCS. This should be a great class. I'll post more later.

First off congrats on the MVP award! That is truely awesome! I also was wondering how the ignite for OCS is going. I am working on a large scale deployment and was wondering if it would be worthwhile going to an event like this.

Thanks!! Ignite training is great. It's not too "nuts and bolts" detailed as there is only so much you can cram into 2 days, however if you are looking at deploying OCS in a small or large scale environment I highly suggest checking one out. We got a really awesome trainer. Andrew (An Exchange Ranger) knows his stuff. I actually have a post summarizing day one that I'll be putting up later tonight. Thanks for reading my blog!!!
